Bill Hirsch Architecture 2 Art

As an architect, Bill looks at the world with an artistic eye, seeing beauty in things others may take for granted, especially in architecture. Armed with a camera and a computer, he has been capturing what he sees, refining it to bring the beauty into focus, and creating art images that communicate the world of architecture as his eye sees it. After sharing his art with friends and family, he is now ready to share with you. We hope you enjoy them. Artwork is available for purchase on our website as notecards, or as art prints on canvas or on fine art paper.

Bill’s artwork is printed on canvas or on fine art paper using a printing process called giclee (pronounced “zhee-clay”) This printing process allows colored inks to blend together making a fine art reproduction from a digital source. The finished product has full bodied, vivid colors and accurate details.

Print on Canvas: The canvas is stretched on wooden stretcher frames made up of 5/8” stretcher bars.

Print on Somerset Velvet fine art paper with and acid free surface which preserves your artwork. Suitable for framing, or you can have it mounted on a Float Plak frame for an additional fee.

ImageFloat Plak Mount – The artwork is mounted to a 1/8″ tempered hardboard and protected with premium UV laminates. A 3/4″ frame is applied to the back of the product. The frame is recessed from the edges by approx. 2″ on all sides and is hidden from view giving your image the appearance of floating off the wall.
